Job Type:Full Time Duties:Plan, initiate, and manage information technology (IT) projects. Responsible for managing and guiding a diverse set of skill sets (business analysts, developers, quality analysts, etc.) to ensure consistency of processes across teams. Assess process maturity and provide pragmatic/flexible recommendations to improve results as they relate to quality, speed to market, transparency, and adherence to business objectives. Create a consistent flow of information to clients, the team, and internal leadership on achievements, challenges, and corrective actions required to optimize successful results. Serving as a guiding force on the governing committee responsible for resolving conflict, providing best practice recommendations, and removing impediments. Resolving internal and external dependencies and ensuring alignment across partners/clients results in timelines free of bottlenecks. Track and manage risks at a program level including the appropriate strategy/timeline associated with acceptance, mitigation, or avoidance. Lead Sprint Planning, Sprint Retrospectives, Program Stand-Ups, and other relevant ceremonies. Continuous evaluation of people, processes, and tools associated with delivery, providing recommendations for business outcomes. Requirements:Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or related field and five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in any occupation in which the required experience was gained. Position also requires one year of experience in each of the following: MS Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint MS Project JIRA Visio Scheduling and Time Management Risk Management Project/Product Management Agile Project Management Requirement Gathering Release Management Must be available to work at various, unanticipated sites throughout the United States.
