Responsibilities

Operational Management: Coordinate daily operations, including scheduling meetings, monitoring deadlines, and ensuring follow-ups.
Business Administration: Maintain organized, up-to-date records for key company activities.
Partnership Development: Support identifying partnerships and opportunities that can drive business growth.
Marketing, Sales & Legal Support: Support growth through market research, sales activities, and legal management, including client outreach, contract negotiation, and legal counsel liaison.
Process Improvement: Continuously analyze and improve business processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications

Proven experience in operations management or similar roles.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with modern project management and communication tools like Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, etc.
Interest or experience in technology and generative AI.
Proficiency with generative AI tools and concepts for day-to-day professional use.
