Responsibilities

  • Operational Management: Coordinate daily operations, including scheduling meetings, monitoring deadlines, and ensuring follow-ups.

  • Business Administration: Maintain organized, up-to-date records for key company activities.

  • Partnership Development: Support identifying partnerships and opportunities that can drive business growth.

  • Marketing, Sales & Legal Support: Support growth through market research, sales activities, and legal management, including client outreach, contract negotiation, and legal counsel liaison.

  • Process Improvement: Continuously analyze and improve business processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in operations management or similar roles.

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency with modern project management and communication tools like Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, etc.

  • Interest or experience in technology and generative AI.

  • Proficiency with generative AI tools and concepts for day-to-day professional use.
