Assists with the execution of HR processes and responds to candidate inquiries. Will be responsible for Tier 2 queries as they relate to global onboarding practices. Normally receives little instructions and general instructions on new assignments.ResponsibilitiesGlobal Onboarding and System Updates• Executes all onboarding processes, including: offer document preparation and auditing, system hire processing, and auditing.• Understands HR Services processes on a moderate level while using considerable judgement in resolving issues or making recommendations• Follows more complex procedures with assistance and escalates as appropriate• Recognizes and provides solutions to employee and candidate questions• Supports all country processes within region, as well as global processes• Maintains HR Systems data and files, helping to ensure accuracy, completion, and that all are up-to-date• Adjusts to HR Systems updates as needed and learns moderately complex changes quickly; engages in system UATCOE Process Expertise• Has a proficient understanding of programs and COE processes• Able to answer COE type queries, guide line managers and employees to relevant information and escalates if appropriate• Able to handle medium complex COE processesOperational Excellence• Assists with maintenance of HR Services knowledge library including replacement of translated content• Assist with knowledge base and HR Systems navigation to resolve moderately difficult employee and manager queries including Workday and HR library• Understands and executes on SLA and KPI's• Provides excellent customer service, high quality resolution and consistent support of standard processes by following documented work instructions and ways of working guidelines• Understands and follows moderately difficult compliance requirements for SOX, Employee Data Governance and other policy requirements• Ensures data accuracy and integrity with all transactions, communications and stakeholder supportProject Management• May support smaller projects or translation validation as neededQualifications• High school diploma/GED required• 2+ years of related experience, or equivalent experience preferredEquinix is committed to ensuring that our employment process is open to all individuals, including those with a disability.
