EquipmentShare is seeking for an AR, Credit, and Collections Analyst to work remotely in the Columbia MO, Dallas TX, and Denver Colorado area.

Job Description:

Equipment Share is seeking an AR, Credit, and Collections Analyst to join our dynamic Accounts Receivable team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of duties including technical writing, creating queries, generating reports, projecting customer billing, and developing departmental SOPs.

Responsibilities:

- Technical Writing: Create and maintain technical documentation related to AR, credit, and collections processes, ensuring clarity and accuracy.

- Query Creation: Develop and execute queries to extract and analyze data related to accounts receivable, credit, and collections.

- Reporting: Generate and distribute detailed reports to the relevant stakeholders within the organization, providing insights into the company's AR performance.

- Customer Projected Billing Reports: Proactively project and communicate billing reports to customers, fostering transparency and clear communication.

- SOP Development: Contribute to the development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the AR, credit, and collections department, ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in technical writing, query creation, and report generation.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with AR, credit, and collections processes and best practices.

Advanced excel experience required. Any SQL experience is also preferred, but not required.
