IT Support Technician

EquipmentShare is Hiring an IT Support Technician EquipmentShare seeking an IT Support Technician with the option of remote work. This position provides basic to advanced support for all of our EquipmentShare locations supporting our IT team as the department continues to grow. Skills & Qualifications - Audio / Visual support experience required ? Associate's degree in computer science or related field OR 2+ years of experience working in a help desk environment/customer service environment preferred ? Proficiency with both Mac and Windows, mobile devices and other tech products ? Detail oriented with ability to keep detailed notes on tickets ? Ability to diagnose and resolve basic to advanced computer technical issues ? Good problem solving, analytical, and team working skills ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ? Customer oriented, empathetic and cool tempered ?
