In addition to the functions listed below, this position will also include being trained to backup several other functions on the team:• Assist with Onboarding new plans for Vision• Responsible for monthly and/or quarterly reporting for several high-profile plans• Monthly NJHE forfeiture disbursement processing• Assist with Setup of all Participant Managed Accounts• Learn and assist with the process of the conversion of existing ES plans, ensuring a seamless end to end customer experience• Quality Control for various work types, including, but not limited to Equi-vest and E360 Products non-monetary transactions and plan document changes• Back-up loan processing and other processes when needed• Overtime may be required at times to ensure Service Level Agreements are metThe base salary range for this position is $46,000 - $67,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities.
