Position Summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced Equity Administrator to join our world-class Finance team. The Equity Administrator will be responsible for administering our company’s equity plans, including the management of equity grants, equity issuances, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Your Journey at HackerOne

    • Administer and maintain the company’s equity plans, including equity grants, equity issuances, and equity-based compensation.
    • Collaborate with the HR department to ensure that equity grants and equity-based compensation are appropriately awarded to employees.
    • Prepare and distribute equity-related communications to employees, such as grant agreements and equity plan documents.
    • Monitor compliance with equity-related regulatory requirements, including SEC rules and regulations and required IRS filings.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date equity records, including equity grants, equity issuances, and equity-based compensation.
    • Respond to employee inquiries regarding equity plans and equity-based compensation.
    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as legal and tax professionals, to ensure compliance with all equity-related requirements.
    • Participate in equity-related projects, such as the implementation of new equity plans or the adoption of new equity-related regulatory requirements.

Who You Are

    • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in equity administration or a related field.
    • In-depth knowledge of equity plan design, administration, and compliance requirements.
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency with equity administration software, such as Carta, Equity Edge, and/or Fidelity Stock Plan Services, is a plus.
