Drive buy- and sell-side transactions in private tech companies
Prospect and onboard new private market investors and shareholders
Generate high intent investor leads for transactions
Engage with C-suite operators at issuers and funds
Assist with client inquiries and transaction execution
Build a foundational understanding of the private markets
Help with reporting and analytics to define best practices
