Eram Talent is looking for a knowledgeable Business Operations professional to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital role in enhancing the operational efficiency of the organization and ensuring that all business processes are aligned with our strategic goals. You will work collaboratively with various departments to analyze current operations, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions that support our mission in the Oil & Gas, Energy, and other sectors.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize existing business processes and workflows across departments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement best practices and innovative solutions.
• Monitor operational performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports on findings.
• Facilitate communication between teams to ensure alignment and support strategic initiatives.
• Identify areas of risk and develop mitigation strategies to enhance operational durability.
• Support projects related to process improvement, efficiency enhancement, or system implementation.
• Provide administrative assistance and support to senior management.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in business operations or a related role.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in procurement, finance, operations, and protocol management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., ERP systems, financial software).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Attention to detail and accuracy.
