We’re part of a growing network of communities developed and managed by Erickson Senior Living, a national provider of senior living and health care with campuses in 11 states—and growing.We are seeking a General Services Coordinator for our state-of-the-art senior living community in Ashburn, Virginia.How You Will Make An Impact• Assist with office work, filing, and distribution of interoffice mail.• Answer calls, take requests, and follow up on work orders from residents and staff.• Enter, distribute, and complete all work orders through ServiceMax to track and bill work orders used in housekeeping, transportation, building and equipment preventive maintenance, etc.• Generate reports as needed.• Organize, maintain and update the program records, including residential apartment and vendor information for billing purposes.• Maintain inventory of office supplies for General Services.What We Offer• Compensation: competitive pay starting at $19.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.• Onsite medical centers, providing wellness visits and sick care for all employees over 18 years of age• .Room for advancement and growth opportunities.• State-of-the-art buildings with 24-hour security.• Education assistance, certification reimbursement, and student loan refinancing partnership programs are available.• 401k for all employees 18 and over.
