About the Role: Join us as a Sr. Associate, Venture Architect. We're seeking a dynamic operator to build and optimize processes, driving efficiency and growth. You'll create a robust framework to streamline our operations, focusing on operational excellence to achieve our ambitious revenue goals. Your leadership will guide Ernest through scaling, setting new standards in business initiatives and customer relationships.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and refine operational processes for rapid scaling.

• Implement systems to enhance operational efficiency.

• Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities.

• Transform our sales approach to be lean and metrics-driven.

• Engage in all aspects of operations, from execution to strategic planning.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business strategies with company goals.

What You'll Need:

• Proven experience in operations and project management, ideally in a fast-growing tech environment.

• Strong analytical skills to oversee and optimize operations.

• Ability to lead both strategy and execution with hands-on involvement.

• Experience in building, leading, and motivating teams.

• Demonstrated leadership impacting business outcomes.

• Enthusiasm for building systems from scratch and influencing company growth.
