As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact between potential customers and our sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to generate and qualify leads, initiate conversations, and set up meetings for our Account Executives. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by engaging with prospects through outbound calls, emails, social media outreach, and in-person events.
Key Responsibilities
• Prospecting & Outreach: Identify and engage potential customers through cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
• Lead Qualification: Assess prospects’ needs, challenges, and fit for our solution through discovery calls.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives and Marketing to improve outreach strategies and increase conversion rates.
• Follow-ups: Nurture leads through consistent follow-ups and provide relevant information to move them through the sales funnel.
Requirements
• A deep interest in technology and machine learning
• 1-2 years of experience in sales. Outstanding entry-level candidates with strong communication skills are welcome.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and engage prospects effectively.
• Comfortable with cold calling and objection handling.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or other background in technology is a plus.
