We are recruiting for Director level, exceptional and driven leader to join our team.

MEASURES OF SUCCESS: 

IN THREE MONTHS:
  • Understand roles and offering of different teams and specialists.
  • Start to build key relationship with key decision markets within client and agency organization
  • Demonstrated that you are a hands-on, collaborative team leader who is building a culture that understands the power of properly utilized data across the agency.

IN SIX MONTHS:
  • Demonstrates a passionate and deep understanding of consumers, leverage data across platforms and channels
  • Understand client’s portfolio and beverage category to inform strategic and innovative roadmap the client
  • Develop strong working relationship with your colleagues across functions, and adapt to agency open-source culture
  • Be a trusted advisor to client and channel planning teams
 
IN TWELVE MONTHS:
  • Produced your based work of your career to date
  • Pushed yourself outside your comfort zone’
  • Developed training sessions, including workshop, playbook or courses to guide team towards IMX planning process and values
  • Participate in at least 1 project or training course that will support your career development

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE

  • Data analytics driven audience understanding – use of data & insights tools 
  • Customer journey mapping – customer needs, behaviours, lifestyle, attitudes along the journey 
  • Identification of Jobs to be done and opportunities for the brand to engage with the audience 
  • Collaboration with creative teams and channel specialist to strategies big ideas 
  • Trainer and a coach consistently imparting your skills to others
  • Media planning experience a bonus 

CRITICAL COMPETENCIES YOU NEED TO DEMONSTRATE

  • Have an in-depth understanding of communication channels and platforms, including but not limited to programmatic, social, EC, new retail and how they interrelate.
  • Familiar with how data could be used in driving business outcome and how business outcome could be measured by data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with evolved present-to-persuade and facilitation skills. Strong analytics skills and can see business implications beyond data
  • Have the ability to demonstrate a depth of understanding of the industry, the client’s business and brands as well as changes to consumer and media in senior level client conversations.  
  • Excel at ability to influence without authority but with the organization’s support to ensure that even without authority there is accountability. 
  • Collaboration, accountability, persuasive attitudes are critical for this role.
