Overview:
We are looking for a Manager of Analytics to join our team, responsible for campaign reporting, business reviews, media and creative tests, creative analysis, budget forecasting, and accuracy.
Your Impact:
Utilizing your ability to analyze raw data and develop actionable recommendations, you will provide data and analytics services to our clients. More specifically, you’ll
- Develop econometric modeling and simulations/forecasts applied to marketing mix optimization, campaign segmentation, and pricing optimization to support client engagements
- Manage the retrieving, compiling, and formatting of data
- Support junior modelers with methodology development and testing
- Analyze data to generate graphics for use in client presentations
- Utilize syndicated research tools to retrieve various types of data
- Write and test macros that help automate data/modeling process using SAS, SPSS, Excel VBA, and SQL Server
- Build forecasts and budgets based on historical data as part of the planning process
- Act as primary day-to-day contact on insights and analytics t o digital and traditional media manager and clients
- Manage project timelines and deliverable schedules and share concerns regarding deliverables, timelines, and issues with project managers and directors
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field; or equivalent professional work experience
- An MS degree in Statistics, Economics, or Applied Math is a plus
- 3-5 years of related work experience
- Fluency in SAS, SPSS, R, or any other advanced analytics software package
- Comprehensive understanding of metrics, including Media, Measurement Analytics, Quantitative Business Measures, and Statistics
- Knowledge of visual techniques for data analysis and presentation

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $60,000 to $140,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
