Job Title: Senior Performance Manager

 

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Review campaign structure and do deep dives to support regular audits and analytical deliverable on requirements at a Hub/Global/ Market Level
  • Work closely in sharing and implementing Google/ Meta/ Other Betas/Extensions with clients and work closely with Performance Director on developing the partnerships.
  • Work closely with performance director to identify and deliver performance marketing requests and reports to drive excellence
  • Work closely with performance director to deliver on cluster deliverables
  • Help manage templatization for any data requests to ensure the requirements are being met completely
  • Ensure in depth knowledge of platforms
  • To support the director in consolidation of performance marketing insights/data from individual clusters

  • Cluster Teams
  • Cluster Performance Leads
  • Hub Team
  • Meta, Google and ROIH cluster and EM SPOCs 

 

Key Deliverables:

  • Hub QBR
  • EM Hub YBR
  • Regular audits for search, display & social with tactical & strategic areas to scale and optimize the campaigns
  • Build training and learning collaterals for clusters as an instrumental to be well versed with the platforms 
  • Build any best practice docs as a part of cross learning from clusters
  • Data validation for key deliverables
  • Provide support on technical issues to clusters
  • Driving Test and Learns (Support Function)
  • Strategic decks/deliverables on request by the Hub (Support Function)
  • BU Report by Channel (Support Function)

 

Skills, Behaviours and experience required:

  • Experience of managing global/regional client relationships at a global agency
  • Be fully conversant with media and able to think across the whole media mix
  • Strong experience managing workflow and campaigns across a large global network
  • Strong understanding of the key trends in the global media landscape
  • Confident interpreter of data and insight
  • Have gravitas and credibility to influence your client
  • Have proven senior stakeholder management skills
  • Strong communicator – be energetic, determined and proactive
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Experience in managing agency teams

  • Positive client feedback
  • Positive feedback from local market teams
  • High service scores in both annual client evaluation reports
  • Delivery of agreed KPIs based on the global contract
  • Award winning work that is recognised across the business and wider industry
