Anesthesia Practice Manager

Essential Anesthesia Management is seeking a Practice Manager to ensure seamless operations at multiple provider locations. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of related experience and be dedicated to delivering high-quality anesthesia care.

Skills

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Aptitude for building and maintaining relationships
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

Ensure sites are fully staffed and compliant with regulations
Build and maintain relationships with clinical providers
Monitor quality metrics and suggest improvements
Provide support for site leadership and address ongoing issues
Coordinate responses to provider and facility issues
Assist with recruitment strategies

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Health Management
Minimum of three years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
