The Agile Team Coach at Estructure, Inc. is responsible for guiding teams and organizations in the adoption of Agile methodologies to enhance collaboration, efficiency, and continuous improvement. This role involves coaching multiple teams to deliver better results, fostering an environment of learning, and facilitating Agile practices and ceremonies. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, a passion for mentoring, and a proven track record of leading teams through Agile transformations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coach teams on Agile principles, practices, and frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to help prioritize the product backlog and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Identify and address team impediments and challenges to promote optimal performance and deliverables.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging teams to inspect and adapt their processes.
• Train and mentor team members and stakeholders on Agile practices and principles.
• Assess team maturity and capability and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Work closely with leadership to promote Agile mindset across the organization and ensure alignment with strategic initiatives.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in Agile practices, methodologies, and tools.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, IT, or Project Management preferred).
• 5+ years of experience working in Agile environments, with a minimum of 2 years in a coaching or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, principles, and frameworks.
• Agile Coaching Certification (ICP-ACC, CTC, or equivalent) is preferred.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to coach and mentor teams, facilitating discussions and promoting collaboration.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and navigating organizational structures.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess team performance and provide actionable feedback.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage change effectively.
• Passion for continuous learning and development in Agile practices.
• Experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) is a plus.
