Key Responsibilities
• Facilitates audience data requirements conversations
• Leads / supports campaign requirement sessions to develop an Audience Requirement Document...
• Documents and updates Business Requirements Document
• Creates flow charts
• Responsible for accuracy of audience data file produced
• Provides forecasted audience volumes
• Reviews technical specs and ensure completeness in support of campaigns
• Assists in research into campaign data inquiries
• Supports request to investigate audience size and customer profiling
• Creates or modifies audience selection by collaborating with key stakeholders
• Leads team to implement request within marketing automation platform
• Oversees campaign deployment to ensure build, execution, and delivery of accurate audience data
Requirements:
• 5+ years of relevant work experience
• 3+ years experience on HCL Unica
• Experience in other marketing automation/ marketing cloud platforms and digital marketing
• SQL , MS Office
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to details
• Basic project management skills by collaborating with key stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of data segmentation concepts
• Subject matter knowledge on industry audience rules and analysis
