Following is an outline of the experience and activities for this role.ScopeReview, prepare, submit, and manage Export licenses and license exceptions under the Department of Commerce Export Administration Regulations to authorize the transfer of regulated hardware, technical data, software, and services. Work with Product Management, Engineering, Sales & Marketing to ensure all export licensing and license exceptions are properly documented and are in place before projects are started. Collaborate with other members of the licensing organization on best practices. Manage OCR/EASE recordkeeping and reporting.Required Skills• Direct experience in U.S. export licensing is required.• Experience with SNAP-R licensing• License exception management• Advanced Excel or Smartsheet• General computer skills• 7+ years’ experience in export compliance, export licensing• Highly motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
