Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of existing algorithms and make necessary improvements. Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and apply them to enhance search functionality. Build and maintain systems for data acquisition, storage, and processing to support machine learning models. Communicate complex technical concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders. Conduct experiments and A/B tests to validate the effectiveness of new algorithms. Troubleshoot and debug issues related to machine learning models and algorithms. Mentor and guide junior team members in the field of machine learning. Contribute to the development and maintenance of coding standards and best practices. Collaborate with product teams to understand user behavior and incorporate feedback into algorithm improvements. Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and code reviews to ensure efficient and effective collaboration.
