Gold Standard Diagnostics Horsham, Inc. is searching for an Administrative Assistant in Warminster, PA.

Administrative Assistants responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Support office staff
• Answer phones in Professional manner and direct calls to appropriate individuals
• Enter customer sales orders in QuickBooks/Odoo
• Adhere to all organizational SOPs
• Maintain customers files – scan and upload files to customers account
• Run daily credit card payments
• Process Accounts Receivables/Accounts Payables 
• Perform other duties as assigned

The ideal candidate would possess:

• Strong computer, customer service, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
• Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies

Basic Minimum Qualifications:

• A.S. or B.A degree required
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
• 2 Plus years of experience in Administrative Support

Schedule:

• Position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.- 5 p.m. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Warminster, PA are encouraged to apply.
