At Euromonitor International, we are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Associate Research Analyst/Research Analyst to join our Economies and Consumer Data team. If you're passionate about uncovering global socioeconomic trends and transforming raw data into compelling narratives, this is the perfect chance for you! In this role, you will contribute to one of the largest socioeconomic databases, featuring data from 210 countries and over 1,219 cities worldwide. Your day-to-day duties will involve researching and updating critical socioeconomic data from national and international sources, while also building solid relationships with data providers. You'll standardize and analyze raw data to ensure consistency across various indicators and regions. Moreover, this position allows for hands-on experience as you perform numerical analysis using MS Excel, assisting our Sales and Consulting teams in answering client queries. We're looking for someone with a degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, and who has a keen interest in economic and demographic trends. Proficiency in MS Excel is essential, and familiarity with R or other statistical tools would be an added bonus.
