Job Description

What will you be doing? 

We’re seeking a talented individual to join our Business Outsourcing Services team in Salisbury. 

As Manager - Accounts, Compliance & Advisory, your responsibilities will include among others

  • Manage own portfolio of clients
  • Manage staff working on own portfolio
  • Line manager and training responsibilities for junior staff
  • Teamwork with other departments

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should

  • ACA/ACCA or equivalent qualification with a strong academic history
  • Prior experience of computerised accounting packages
  • Excellent client service and communication skills
  • Results orientated to meet and exceed client expectations, with a key focus on delivering high quality work that consistently meets internal and/or external client deadlines
  • Understanding of new standards
  • Ability to motivate and train junior staff
