As the theater events and logistics coordinator, you will assist in general day-to-day operations and coordinate event-related requests such as tech, concessions, linens, catering, and more, working with the theater events manager and technical director to ensure success. The theater events coordinator will maintain a calendar for both theaters, manage usage requests, arrange meetings, oversee weekly staff meetings, and assist the box office manager with shift coverage. You will house manage events throughout the week, including evenings and weekends. As the theater events coordinator you will oversee correspondences with industry reps and festival-booking preparations. You will additionally be responsible for coordinating all travel accommodations and itineraries for Savannah Film Festival and SCAD TVFest.

Work Hours: The university work week is Sunday through Saturday. Most offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. To accommodate business needs, employees may be assigned to other workdays and/or hours, including weekends and evenings.
