Let’s chat.THE TEAMYou’ll join a global team of seasoned Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and Analysts committed to transforming the creator experience on Eventbrite. Together, we innovate tirelessly to ensure our platform remains the preferred choice for creators worldwide, fostering creativity, connectivity, and growth in our vibrant community.THE ROLEWith the largest event inventory on the planet, a delightful, low friction creator experience is critical to our success. You’ll be responsible for driving initiatives from improving our activation experience to evolving our creator pricing strategy.In this role, you will be responsible for identifying key opportunities, creating a compelling vision for your product group, defining a strategy and leading teams to ship high quality products. You will lead three product managers and work closely with cross-functional teams within and across Eventbrite. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team where you can directly empower creators to showcase and manage millions of events on Eventbrite.THE SKILL SET• Minimum 8 years of experience in product management, preferably with experience working in supply-side• Experience developing product strategy & building alignment / consensus across an organization• Balance strong bias for action with deep experience driving product alignment across multiple stakeholders• Passion for building innovative products that solve user needs through deep understanding of the customer and finding product market fit• Understand user needs, respond to tight deadlines, and deliver products that drive key business metrics• Minimum 3 years experience in direct team management with a proven track record of building and retaining high performing product management teams• Strong analytical, problem solving, and quantitative skills with data-driven approach to decision-making• Strong prioritization and focus, including comfort making tradeoffs with incomplete information• Ability to influence team members across all departments and levels of the organization.• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal• Adept at thinking strategically and maintaining a big picture perspective• 4-year degree BS/BA in a technical, business or other analytical field requiredBONUS POINTS• Experience working for a marketplace with a focus on the supply-side experience• Experience using Eventbrite’s product as a creator and/or attendeePAY TRANSPARENCYThe wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Eventbrite, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is listed below.
