Then come and join our global team as an Events Coordinator for EWS. Your overall responsibility for providing clinical training for Siemens Imaging systems. In this role you will work with end-users to schedule various classroom training deliverables, both virtually and classroom formats for Siemens Imaging systems and components to provide customer excellence and represent Siemens Healthineers and Clinical Education. Additionally, this position is responsible for coordination and support of Siemens Innovations and other off-campus events

Required Skills

Work with the planning staff and support of Innovations and any off-campus Siemens educational events.
- Work with outside telemarking recruitment team to develop scripts and templates as needed
- Testing of registration portals for events
- Customer outreach for all events via phone and email
- Processing of notifications – verification, updating, approval and closing of notifications for events with travel components.
- Review, update, and manage speaker agreements, payments, and ASTAR requirements as needed
- Create credit validation for internal and external stakeholders
- Update Class events within PEP Connect to include open enrollment workshops, HWDS, etc. and manage attendance records
- Process credit conversions for events as needed
- Approve and manage classroom registrations and forward to travel for booking.
- Process all billing via EZ-X and ASTAR related requirements
- Point person for hotel contracts and renewals for Cary Classroom
- Provide metrics and data analysis as needed
- Set up, maintain, and process payments for speakers and models as needed for educational events.
- Provide backup support for notification maintenance, FOC notifications and rebooks.
- Skills
- Successfully administrate needs of end-user needs for usage of PEPConnect
- Processing of embedded education to meet business quarterly revenue needs
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of virtual deliverables to successfully provide customer of training options.
- Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of organization's business practices and issues faced and contributes to problem resolution of those issues.
Education / Knowledge / Experience
- AA Business or Project management certification
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experienced Imaging or healthcare professional helpful but not required
