As the Events Manager, you will report directly to the Director, Event Marketing and play a vital role in planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of events, including ZI's customer advisory board (CAB). Your exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to deliver exceptional experiences will be essential in ensuring the success of these events.

The responsibilities of this opportunity include:

  • Develop event strategies, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate logistics, vendors, and on-site coordination.
  • Create compelling event programs and oversee marketing and promotion.
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders and understand their event needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage external partners.
  • Plan and execute CAB meetings, ensuring a seamless experience for participants.
  • Collaborate on agenda development and coordinate logistics.
  • Serve as the main contact for CAB members and facilitate productive discussions.
  • Evaluate event success and gather feedback and metrics.
  • Identify areas for improvement and provide comprehensive reports.

A successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in event management, marketing, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in event management
  • Proven track record of planning and executing successful events, preferably in a corporate or B2B environment.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Proficiency in project management tools
  • Flexibility to travel and work extended hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.

The US base salary range for this position is $74,160.00 to $111,240.00+ variable compensation + benefits.
