Your Role: Events Manager

In this role, you’ll be the one to tackle everything events related. You’ll be evaluating sponsorship opportunities, planning attendance to key industry events, and working with the marketing team to make the CrowdRiff brand shine out in the wild. And because you love to craft exceptional experiences and have a knack for project management, you’ll also be leading the charge on our very own annual conference. No day looks the same, and you like it that way.

What you’ll do:

Translate company goals and objectives into a compelling event strategy that will deliver leads, pipeline and revenue
Coordinate with external event planners to determine attendance, sponsorship and presence at key industry events
Collaborate with the marketing team on pre and post event communication
Support team on CrowdRiff presence and experience at both external and internal events
Work with our brand team to show off CrowdRiff in-person and virtually
Work with the CrowdRiff team on event and travel bookings
Lead and manage the planning and development of our internal conference and other customer focused events such as webinars
Track, measure and report event performance

Ideally you’ll have:

Strong project management skills that allow you to tackle multiple events simultaneously
2-3 years of experience in managing, supporting and executing large scale events such as conferences, trade shows, and other field events
Good eye for detail that can differentiate a good event from an excellent event
Knowledge about conference experience opportunities, including booths, signage, audio/visual, decor, signage and swag
Great written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable with the unexpected hiccups that come with every event!
