We are looking to add an experienced Content Marketing Manager to our growing Marketing team. This person will lead the creation of impactful content including but not limited to: case studies, webinars, customer stories, social media posts. They will also support customer advocacy and referral programs in addition to content and product launches. As Content Marketing Manager, you will work cross-functionally with team members from marketing, product, sales, and customer success to create campaigns and content that will engage customers and prospects across the buyer journey.
What you'll do:
Produce and deliver high quality content that aligns with marketing strategies
Undertake content marketing initiatives to achieve business targets
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate content ideas
Develop an editorial calendar and ensure deadlines are met
Transform content into a strategic asset that resonates with sales, product development, and customer service
Analyze web traffic metrics and content performance to measure ROI and make data-driven decisions
Share content through various channels, ensuring a strong web presence
Receive customer feedback and generate ideas to increase customer engagement
What we look for:
5+ years of experience in with content creation, within the B2B SaaS space preferred (experience working in legal technology is a bonus)
Demonstrated experience in content creation from ideation to execution and optimization
A deep passion for writing with a keen attention to detail
Hands on experience with SEO and web traffic metrics
Metrics-driven and focused on impression and content engagement data
Expertise in social media platforms
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communication or other relevant field
