Senior Brand Designer

In this role, you'll be instrumental in crafting the visual side of our marketing efforts. You'll be the driving force behind turning creative concepts into reality while keeping our brand consistent and leading campaigns that hit home with our target audience. We're on the lookout for someone sharp, with exceptional visual and writing skills, and a knack for analysis. Think of yourself as part designer, part wordsmith, and part strategist.

What you'll do:

  • Provide leadership, vision, and strategy for the visual aspects of our marketing efforts

  • Develop various creative assets including but not limited to digital ads, social media graphics, website, mobile, print material, email, and event/tradeshow experiences

  • Uphold brand consistency across all marketing channels by reviewing and approving designs to maintain quality standards and brand guidelines

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Growth) to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns that deeply resonate with our target audience

  • Stay up to date on industry trends and market insights to continually incorporate fresh and effective ideas into our marketing strategies

  • Effectively manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are optimally allocated

What we look for:

  • At least 5 years of experience working in design, advertising, freelance, or a related field

  • Experience designing across multiple mediums (web, print, mobile, performance marketing, e-mail, html)

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to effectively communicate the reasonings behind ideas and decisions

  • Expertise in typography, composition, layout, design thinking, and design tools (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)

  • Motivated to work in a fast-paced startup environment
