The ideal candidate will bring a systems-mindset to build and integrate consistent, efficient components across EverBright’sweb and mobile products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and evolve our design system, which will empower designers, developers, and product managers to deliver intuitive, accessible, and lovable user experiences.WHAT YOU'LL DO• Drive the vision and project management of EverBright’s design system including typography, color, iconography and componentry, as well as the tools, resources and documentation to support the system• Lead the Design System Guild, a team of designers and engineers, fostering a culture of growth and development• Maintain EverBright’s Figma libraries for desktop and mobile• Collaborate with designers to identify challenges, needs, and opportunities• Manage the system’s backlog and roadmap, while refining focus and scope of projects• Establish and maintain clear and transparent communication channels with stakeholders and users of the design system• Seek opportunities to help others — offering assistance and guidance on implementation of the design system• Use qualitative and quantitative research methods to produce insights that will drive design directionQUALIFICATIONS• High School Diploma/GED• Bachelor’s or Equivalent Experience• Experience: 4-8+ years of Experience• Track record of creating and managing impactful design systems• Mastery of FigmaWHY EVERBRIGHTWorking at EverBright is challenging and rewarding.
