Manager, Risk Adjustment Analytics
Evergreen Nephrology is transforming kidney care by ensuring the highest quality of person-centered care. We seek a Manager of Risk Adjustment Analytics to support our mission through comprehensive analytics.
Skills
- Proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Advanced knowledge of CMS RAF model.
- Strong analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop automated processes to calculate CMS RAF in SQL or Python.
- Oversee the training and development of risk adjustment models.
- Maintain and update RAF calculation processes.
- Analyze RAF build over time for financial forecasting.
- Create and maintain dashboards for reporting.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Math, Economics, or related field.
