The EverHealth team seeks a highly experienced and passionate Platform Group Product Manager to help us elevate our products and solutions to meet market demand and proactively elevate our solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for the team that conceives, roadmaps, and executes initiatives and experiments to improve and scale our back-end services, public APIs, interoperability, and internal tools. You will work with your team, capability product teams, engineering, cross-company leadership, and other areas of the organization to ensure that we deliver secure, high-quality, performant, and reliable products that will support growth and efficiency.

It includes market-leading products like CollaborateMD, EMHWare, eProvider Solutions, GoodTherapy, Updox, AlertMD, MDTech, iSalus Healthcare, and DrChrono. Responsibilities:
Work with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Design, Business Development, and Marketing to develop and release features focused on improving the efficiency and usability of our internal tools and platforms.
Identify scalable solutions to help internal stakeholders succeed while driving a better customer experience from the inside out.
Simplify, automate, or otherwise improve operational processes through new tooling, first and third-party platform integrations, and architecture improvements driving efficiency for the organization.
Provide coordination and evaluation of the product development cycle for DrChrono mobile applications for back-end development support.
Define product requirements and collaborate with Design and Engineering for the timely delivery of key features and improvements to balance short-term and longer-term needs.
Brainstorm and solve problems facing patients and providers from first principles through direct experience, deep research, and observation.
Establish the product vision and strategy for your product area.
Develop product roadmaps and build alignment across product/engineering teams, cross-functional partners (marketing, customer experience, operations, etc.), and the leadership/executive team.
Work with other product teams to design reliable systems that scale.
Pull context across design, engineering, data science, operations, billing, and clinical teams in service of feature development
Partner with project teams, vendors, engineering, architecture, analytics, systems specialists, and other technical resources in this hands-on role, driving platform capabilities from inception to implementation.
Manage and support a team of product managers on their career journeys.
Promote product and engineering best practices by engaging with engineering and design partners to strive for product excellence.
Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:
Bachelor's Degree in Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
5+ years as a Sr. Product Product Manager in the healthcare industry, specifically in internal tool development and partner integrations.
3+ years of experience working with design and engineering teams, driving the development of high-quality internal tools and systems that effectively accomplish business goals.
Strong preference for experience working with Electronic Health Records or clinical support and documentation tools.
Previous experience working on internal tools and platforms, making workflows and operations more efficient.
An extremely sharp eye for detail and a strong sense of what types of innovative products will be effective at helping other teams meet their objectives.
Experience leading an agile software development team, ideally developing data-heavy products with internal and external customers.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle.
Demonstrated ability to learn fast, understand complex domains, then document and explain them.
Be data-driven: define KPIs and reporting, then use the analysis to drive feature development.
Superior communication and presentation skills to articulate what we are doing and how we are doing it to a variety of cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and team members
Nice to Have:
You have informed perspectives on software architecture and can articulate the vision of a platform that provides the best experience for software engineers.
Knowledge of Salesforce and Third-Party CRM Software
Where:
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States– if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation:
The target base compensation for this position is $109,000 - $139,000 USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
