DevOps Engineer

EverOps, a premier consulting partner, is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in enterprise cloud infrastructure. The candidate will work remotely, managing projects autonomously and ensuring high client satisfaction.

Skills

Hands-on experience with Linux
Proficiency in Ruby, Python, Bash, Typescript, Rust, or Golang
Experience in designing, building, and running highly-available cloud-native environments on AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code best practices, Terraform, and/or CloudFormation
Experience with CI/CD tools, containerization using Docker and Kubernetes, and monitoring tools like DataDog, Splunk, Prometheus/Grafana
Experience with NoSQL and relational databases
Strong scripting/web languages skills and desire to learn new technologies

Responsibilities

Develop and use automation tools to operate, manage, and scale production and development environments
Participate in regular customer and internal EverOps scrums
Monitor environments and focus on constant improvement
Implement new tools and technologies based on customer requirements
Provide operational support and project deployments for customer environments

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
