The Role:

Evisort is seeking a results-oriented Demand Generation Marketing Manager with a strong foundation in data-driven strategies to spearhead our tech startup's sales funnel initiatives. In collaboration with sales and marketing teams, you will leverage analytics and insights to optimize lead generation.

The ideal candidate possesses a track record in demand generation, executing comprehensive marketing campaigns, and a profound understanding of the sales process. Previous experience with Marketo and within the B2B technology SaaS industry is advantageous.


What You’ll Do:
  • Formulate and execute end-to-end demand generation campaigns aligned with business objectives and target audience.
  • Harness digital marketing channels, encompassing email, social media, paid advertising, webinars, and content marketing, to propel lead generation.
  • Employ data and analytics to assess, report, and enhance the efficacy of demand generation endeavors.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with Product, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing teams to orchestrate unified demand generation initiatives.
  • Develop and manage demand generation budgets and forecasts.
  • Gauge and report the triumph of demand generation campaigns using metrics like leads, conversion rates, and revenue.
  • Provide training and support to team members on demand generation best practices and tools.


Skills/Qualifications:
  • Over 5 years of experience in demand generation, preferably in the B2B technology SaaS sector.
  • Proven success in conceiving and executing impactful demand generation campaigns leading to measurable lead generation and revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools; familiarity with platforms such as Marketo, 6sense, Google Analytics, and digital marketing tools is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in planning and executing engaging integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, managing multiple campaigns simultaneously and meeting deadlines effectively.
