goal-oriented Director, Key Accounts. This individual will be responsible for the national
ownership of designated strategic brands of the company’s products. Leads a team of Key Account
Managers, responsible for calling on existing, as well as prospective customers across all
physician specialties providing product information, clinical data, pricing, promotional
information and appropriate company information regarding Evolus. This position will lead the
strategic development of new accounts and grow existing accounts, while meeting and exceeding

Let’s talk about some of the main responsibilities of the role:
• Identify portfolio growth opportunities within designated area.
• Establish, refine, and maintain sales process for designated strategic targeted accounts for
incremental growth.
• Successfully lead a team of Key Account Managers to achieving and exceeding assigned monthly,
quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
• Work with marketing, field sales, and sales leadership to capture business and increase
expansion of targeted strategic accounts.
• Actively participate as a member of the sales leadership team to identify areas of growth and
transformation.
• Implement and execute key strategic initiatives.
• Serve as the product and co-branding expert across the portfolio.
• Work in close collaboration with cross functional team members such as Field Sales, Medical
Affairs and Evolus customers to build and execute growth strategies to increase overall market
share.
• Expertise in clinical data, product information, selling skills, business analytics and market
trends.
• Develop in-depth knowledge and understanding of key accounts, including strategic goals, value
drivers, key access stakeholders, relevant business metrics, and unique challenges/emerging needs
to assist further market demand for Evolus products.
• Utilize resources to drive growth of targeted accounts as well as overall area sales
performance.
• Attending local, regional and national meetings as directed.
• Follow all company’s policies and procedures in a compliant manner, while maintaining a high
level of integrity.
Skills and Qualifications Required for this Dynamic Team Member:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Up to 50% travel
• 7 years of proven sales success in the aesthetics/skin care market or comparable experience
selling to physicians/medical professionals.
• Prior proven success managing key accounts
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• A solution-oriented mindset enabling effective and creative problem solving with a customer
centric focus.
• Ability to develop organizational capabilities while influencing others.
• Lead and inspire others when facing highly ambiguous and complex situations.
• Effective and professional communications to cultivate strong working relationships with both
internal and external colleagues; displays flexibility in approach to people and situations.

Compensation & Total Rewards:
The expected pay for this position is $165,000 -180,000 annual salary + sales incentive
compensation. Your actual base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on a number of considerations including but not limited to role relevant knowledge and skills,
