Evolux Marketing Manager

We are seeking a talented and driven Evolux Marketing Manager to manage the systems and processes that support the Evolux customer loyalty program. This individual will be responsible for overall program operations, including data integration, budget forecasting, and working with cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver impactful benefits to our customers.
The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented leader who thrives in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment. They will be adept at delivering quick and impactful results by effectively engaging and influencing leaders across the organization.
Let’s talk about some of the key responsibilities of the role:
- Evolux Program Operations: Responsible for managing the systems and processes that support the Evolux customer loyalty program.
- Manage EVTAG for Snowflake Integration: Responsible for the smooth integration of marketing data from EVTAG channels into Snowflake, ensuring proper tracking, reporting, and analysis to inform decisions on the performance of marketing initiatives.
- Forecasting & Budget Management: Responsible for managing the inputs and the model that’s used to forecast working and non-working media spend.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and contractors to deliver best-in-class marketing programs.
- Cross Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (e.g., Digital, Data Engineering, IT, Professional Education, etc.) to drive program efficiency.
Skills and Qualifications Required for this Dynamic Team Member:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
- 5+ years of professional work experience
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with a track record of driving process improvements.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams.
- Experience working with digital tools, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
- Experience in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and product launches would be advantageous.
- A solid understanding of customer segmentation, market analysis, and consumer behavior within the beauty or aesthetics industry is preferred.

- Hybrid Schedule (Tuesday – Thursday onsite)
- This position reports directly to the Sr. Manager, Evolux
- Travel required up to 20%
Compensation & Total Rewards:
The expected pay range for this position is $116,200 to $159,500. Your actual base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on a number of considerations including but not limited to role relevant knowledge and skills, experience, education, certifications, and more.
