Senior Director, Owner, and Guest Support

Evolve is a rapidly-growing company in the vacation rental space, seeking a Senior Director of owner and guest support to lead customer service operations and enhance the customer journey.

Skills

Leadership experience in service operations
Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making
Excellent communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

Lead a multi-channel service organization and drive improvements in service quality.
Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Drive the adoption of new tools and technologies to enhance operations.
Coach managers and representatives to increase productivity.
Assist in developing and implementing customer strategy and contact center vision.
Prepare performance evaluations and reports.

Education

Bachelor’s degree required
