Senior Manager, Data Engineering

Evolve is seeking a Senior Manager, Data Engineering to lead a team focused on enabling the company to innovate and make data-informed decisions at scale. The role involves building, mentoring, and empowering a team of data and analytics engineers, defining strategic visions, delivering operational tools and services, and ensuring data quality and governance.

Responsibilities

Build, mentor, and empower a team of data and analytics engineers
Define strategic vision for scalable data ingestion, storage, and compute capabilities
Deliver tools for efficient Data Pipelines, Data Quality, and Observability
Define and enforce best coding practices, standardize DataOps and data governance
Leverage Gen AI capabilities for automation
Transform legacy data models into next-gen maturity
Implement cloud-native principles for data processing
Optimize cloud data platform and infrastructure
