Position Summary
As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will provide advanced support to the Technical Applications Group. This person handles a variety of project activities on their own, exercising independent judgment and discretion. This position requires strong organizational and multi-tasking ability while ensuring confidentiality. This individual needs to be able to work in a team environment and support teams in multiple locations.
- Perform advanced and diversified assignments of a confidential nature for executive of organization.
- Schedule meetings, maintain travel itineraries and arrangements and prepare expense reports. May assist in reviewing budget and related expenses.
- Serve as liaison between executive and subordinates, peers, superiors, and external contacts in person and by phone. Resolves routine and some complex inquiries.
- Composes correspondence and performs project activities related to the organization function.
- Makes independent decisions regarding planning, organizing, and scheduling work.
- Gathers, compiles and reports on information relative to the executive's area of responsibility.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in administrative support or equivalent, preferably in a corporate setting
Other
- Associate’s degree in Administrative or Business Sciences preferred
