The Executive Administrative Assistant sits within the Product & Technology Program Management Office (PMO) and is responsible for providing administrative support for the Executive team, including the CTO and his direct reports to ensure efficient and effective day-to-day operations such as calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting planning and other administrative tasks.

The PMO Job family leads the orchestration of Business Planning and Program/Project management to create the highest level of efficiency possible within Paylocity’s Product & Technology organization.


We are looking for an energetic Executive Administrative Assistant who is organized, detail oriented and willing to lead and learn at the same time.

Duties:

  • Partner with business leaders to understand their personal leadership style, day to day needs, and expected priorities to deliver results
  • Assists with meeting scheduling, travel arrangements, and submission of expense reports
  • Managing the CTO and his Direct Reportees' calendars, scheduling meetings and planning their travel
  • Manage and handle highly sensitive and confidential information, navigating sensitive issues with both internal and external parties.
  • Help organize onsite planning & logistics
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Experience:

  • Ability to work at a fast pace and pay attention to detail
  • Exceptional organizational skills including the capacity to anticipate needs and prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Expert with Outlook and the following Microsoft product suite

  • Experience with Zoom and Microsoft Teams

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
  • Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with a range of stakeholders
  • Expert level written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

This role can be performed from any office in the US. The pay range for this position is $66,701 - $103,817/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual restricted stock unit grant based on individual performance in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here. This information is provided per the relevant state and local pay transparency laws for the location in which this position will be performed. Base pay information is based on market location.
