Executive Assistant (Engineering)

About The Role & Team

The Amplitude Administrative Operations Team is looking for another stellar EA to support our SVP of Engineering and their teams. In this role, you will need to be able to handle a wide range of administrative support tasks and juggle diverse responsibilities. The ideal candidate is someone that loves working in a constantly changing environment, thrives in a team dynamic, and enjoys streamlining hectic days with grace. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is incredibly well organized, flexible and enjoys wearing many hats.

As an Executive Assistant, you will:

• Manage, protect, and maintain executive's calendars.
• Book and secure travel when needed
• Take meeting notes, manage action items, and assist in running meetings when needed.
• Partner with EA to Product on various PD initiatives & events, both remote and at our SF office
• Manage G suite documents, spreadsheets, and presentation decks.
• Strategically plan and execute team offsites and events.
• Collaborate and work closely with the Workplace and Employee Experience teams
• Seamlessly handle multiple projects and priorities at once.
• Act as a mentor and cultural ambassador for the company
• Assist in maintaining strong relationships both inside and outside of Amplitude.
• Maintain an advanced degree of confidentiality along with excellent judgment and discretion

• You think of yourself as a slide deck guru (PowerPoint/ Google Slides) and you have an eye for formatting presentations
• You are passionate about building strong and trustful relationships with not just your executive and team but all employees.
• Bonus points if you have experience working with a rapidly moving, multi-faceted sales team.
