SUMMARY: This position is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the executive office. It will support executives, managers, and employees through a variety of tasks related to the organization and communication.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Provide exemplary service and support to visitors
2. Assist with any needs of the executives or their administrative team, as needed.
3. Answer and direct phone calls
4. Produce and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, faxes, and forms
5. Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
6. Maintain contact lists
7. Book travel arrangements, as needed
8. Order office supplies
9. Special Projects and assignments as business dictates
10. Position will require limited nights and/or weekends, to be scheduled in advance
11. Responsible for the maintenance, creation and control of all personally identifiable information or any other information protected by any Confidentiality or Privacy Standards or Company Policies that you have access or knowledge of, including but not limited to any state or federal regulations including HIPAA.

1. Exemplary interpersonal skills and customer service that consistently demonstrates diplomacy
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
3. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
4. Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
5. Proficiency in MS Office
6. Confidentiality and discretion required
7. Bachelors Degree preferred
