The Opportunity
The Executive Assistant reports directly to the Executive Director of Kenzie Academy from Southern New Hampshire University and provides executive-level administrative support to the Executive Director in the administration, management and coordination of activities, meetings, travel, and daily business operations supporting Kenzie Academy.
Performing as a change management advocate of projects, you will oversee the administrative operations of Kenzie, serve as liaison for internal and external departments and you will manage meeting schedules, preparing meeting materials, agendas, communications both internal and internal to support the Executive Director. Additionally, you will perform multiple complex tasks, including performing data analysis, compiling reports and assignments that may involve confidentiality and discretion.

In This Role, You'll Get To:

Support the Executive Director and participate in projects, communications, commitments, or cross-group complex projects contributing to university strategy.

In collaboration with the Executive Director, HR, Internal/External Communications, lead the authoring and execution of communication across the Kenzie team.

Lead multiple high-profile projects of varying timelines simultaneously across a distributed set of partners without direct ownership of resources.

Work with the Executive Director to support ad-hoc projects including urgent projects, research, and executive team support.

Track projects, monitor progress towards goals and benchmarks, ensuring progress on the part of lead partners.

Produce reports, spreadsheets, presentations, or other documents.

Gather, assemble, and analyze data from multiple sources.

Manage department budget allocations, expenses, reconciliation and financial auditing.

Manage travel, event scheduling and planning.

Be a liaison with outside organizations and internal SNHU administrative managers to coordinate meetings and events.

What We're Looking For:

Eight years of relevant experience.

Degree(s): Associate degree - Equivalent of experience in lieu of degree is acceptable

5+ years of experience in, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Google Workspace, and Visio.
