Executive Assistant

Title:

KBR is looking for the ideal candidate to serve as the Executive Assistant to the Tactical Aviation and Ground Munitions Project Office.

Responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining an Outlook calendar of events for the AGMS Product Office and coordinating all meeting logistics to include ensuring conference rooms are reserved, Microsoft Teams link provided and read aheads are provided
• Processing travel requests and vouchers in the Defense Travel System (DTS)
• Proofreading documentation, ensuring it conforms to the AR25-50 and is staffed through appropriate channels
• Directing in-person or telephone inquiries to appropriate personnel

Required Qualifications:

• Must have a Bachelor's Degree; a HS diploma and 8 years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Must have good written and oral communication skills.
• Flexibility is needed to provide backup coverage to other TAGM offices as needed.
• Must be able to acquire a SECRET security clearance, an active secret clearance is preferred
