We are looking for an Executive Assistant to work in our Boston office supporting our Corporate practice group. This position, supporting multiple attorneys (including multiple partners), offers a wide range of responsibilities and challenges that will utilize your strong administrative, organizational, leadership and legal practice skills and knowledge. Your duties will include extensive contact with the firm's clients, coordinating and planning meetings and travel arrangements, document production, new matter and billing coordination, project coordination, file preparation and maintenance, maintaining and monitoring attorneys' calendars and email and other projects as they arise. You will assist attorneys in managing day-to-day operations and will work closely together in helping build a vibrant practice.
This role will be hybrid, requiring 3 days per week in the office with occasions of additional days in the office, as well.
To qualify you will possess 5+ years experience as a Executive Assistant. You will be professional, a self-starter, energetic and committed to producing a high quality work product as you work independently and as part of our Boston office team. Your strong organizational, exceptional written and verbal skills will be a necessary asset along with your ability to prioritize effectively. Strong PC skills (including Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel and Outlook) required. Experience with Excel and Nuance is a plus/preferred. Must be flexible and available for overtime work. Bachelor's degree preferred.
The primary location for this job posting is in Boston. The actual base pay offered will depend upon a variety of factors, including but not limited to the selected candidate’s qualifications, years of relevant experience, level of education, professional certifications and licenses, and work location. The anticipated pay range for this position is as follows: $39.62 - $53.61 per hour.
The compensation for this position may include overtime and a discretionary year-end merit bonus based on performance. We offer a highly competitive salary and benefits package.
