Executive Assistant- Aerospace

Join our Aerospace, Defense and Government team as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders within Macquarie Capital in New York City.

Macquarie is looking for a confident, knowledgeable, career Executive Assistant to support a dynamic team within Macquarie Capital, you will gain international exposure across a wide variety of business activities while showcasing your positive, confident, and proactive approach, and exceptional time management skills.

In this role you will primarily be responsible for managing complex schedules, expense and invoice processing, travel coordination (both domestic and international) for a team of executives. You will also help to prepare logistics for meetings and events, as well as manage special projects. You will collaborate with other EAs and executives across multiple internal teams and take an active role to support its success. You will also get the opportunity to work on various ad-hoc projects, including the coordination of team conferences and events.

Exercising good judgment, discretion, and flexibility in your approach, you will be proactively anticipating the needs of the executives that you support. As a problem solver who can multi-task with ease, your understanding of the industry culture will help you to support the team. Microsoft Office Suite experience is required with proficient skills in PowerPoint. Experience working in a financial environment is preferred.

Salary range for this position: $80,000 - $110,000/Yr. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. The successful candidate may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
