The Content & Business Product Executive Assistant will demonstrate the ability to execute effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment. This is a demanding role that needs someone who uses good judgment while collaborating with operations partners and administrative teams. You will be self-motivated, proactive, maintain a strong emphasis on organization and unwavering attention to detail while multi-tasking. This position can be based in either Los Gatos, CA or Los Angeles, CA in-office on a hybrid schedule.

Heavy calendar management for VP and Directors

Scheduling timely and high-visibility meetings and calls, internally & externally

Coordinate complex travel arrangements and process expense reports

Event planning (e.g. offsites, workshops, team events, large bi-annual summit)

Strong cross-functional partnerships and communication with operations and administrative partners

Execute effectively and efficiently and proactively problem solve

Ability to be discrete and use good judgment when handling sensitive information

Curiosity about broader business context/initiatives and ability to make connections to benefit the team

4+ years of experience managing multiple executive calendars

Proficiency in Google Workspace preferred: Gmail, GCalendar, Google Docs, Google Groups, MS Word/Excel
