Executive Assistant
This position reports into the Senior Vice President
- The Senior Business Assistant is responsible for providing support to three Senior Vice Presidents and their teams
- The role includes performing general administrative duties such as scheduling of meetings, travel arrangements, expense reporting, purchase order management and calendar management in support of the SVPs
Role
- Schedule meetings, arrange conferences and ensure all meeting support is appropriately coordinated
- Make travel arrangements as needed, prepare packets for travel and prepare expense reports following the trip. Prepare briefing packets in conjunction with Account Leads
- Administer programs, projects or processes specific to Sales and maintain spreadsheets or databases to monitor departmental information
- Serve as administrative liaison with others within and outside the company as needed and liaise with the Senior Executive Business Admin as needed
- Assist with new hire on-boarding process in conjunction with HR
- Manage other day-to-day tasks as needed to support the team – answer phones, coordinate with facilities, mail room, help desk, etc. as necessary
All About You
- Administrative experience in a corporate environment interfacing with senior and executive level management and customers required
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS office products, excel, powerpoint, word, outlook a must
- Accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to function well in a busy and varied environment and work well under pressure
- Knowledge of Mastercard, payments and Mastercard systems e.g., Ariba, Oracle, Salesforce is helpful

Westchester County Salary Range: $69,000 - $107,000
