Crunchyroll COVID-19 Hiring Status

About the Role

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join our team! This person will support two members of the Senior Management Team: International and Integration Management, and will help the executives with project management, calendar management, scheduling travel, expediting expense reports, and event planning. This is a perfect role for someone who is intuitive, proactive, and curious. A high-degree of organization, confidentiality, and poise is key, as this person will collaborate with a wide range of partners across the global organization and external partners.

About You:

• 2-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or equivalent experience working directly with executives in another capacity
• Demonstrated experience maintaining effective working relationships with people of all levels within and outside the company and varying international business cultures
• Positive, flexible demeanor and an enthusiastic teammate
• Is discreet and can maintain absolute confidentiality as this position regularly handles sensitive information
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail; demonstrated ability to set priorities and successfully manage multiple projects and tasks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience communicating via Slack and Gchat
• Experience with DocuSign a plus
• A desire to learn and take on new tasks
• A sense of humor!

A day in the life of our Executive Assistant:

• Scheduling meetings and appointments in multiple international time zones
• Handling calendars and helping with all follow-up on action items in a timely manner
• Effectively arranging complex domestic and international travel itineraries, staying one step ahead of the traveler
• Assisting with coordination of special events
• Driving expense report creation, reconciliation, and reimbursements
• Using Google Suite: Calendar, Gmail and Drive
